(Xinjiang Golden Elephant Sincerity Coal Chemicals & T Co., Ltd.), Xinjiang Yuxiang Poplar Chemical Co., Ltd. (Yuxiang-Diversifous Poplar Chemical Co., Ltd.) are both 19.08%, Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is 15.22%, and other Chinese manufacturers are 19.08%; at the same time, the price commitments put forward by the above four manufacturers are approved, and anti-dumping duties will not be levied on the involved products that meet the price commitments. The announcement will take effect 30 natural days from the date of publication.

The Eurasian Economic Union tax number of the products involved is 2933610000. On September 17, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation against melamine originating in China.

On March 18, 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission made an affirmative final ruling on the case.
