MORE THAN 15 YEARS OF MELAMINE FOAM MANUFACTURING AND APPLICATIONS; THE CLIENTS ARE DISTRIBUTED IN 5 CONTINENTS.

What is SINOYQX New Energy Charging Pile/Station Material?

SINOYQX provides professional materials and solutions for automobile manufacturing, especially for high standard requirements of high standard requirements of new energy charging piles for heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardant, heat preservation and thermal insulation, and water-resistance, especially developing heat insulation, sound insulation,  flame retardant insulation and insulation materials, as well as wire harness protection materials, YQX-HMF and YQXT-A, Separately based SINOYQX hydrophobic melamine foam and Transulate, and the noise level at charging stations can be reduced from 75 dB to around 55 dB.

SINOYQX New Energy Charging Pile Material Properties

  • Permanent flame retardancy ((UL94 V-0, HF-1, B1 rating)
  • Excellent thermal insulation (thermal conductivity, 0.035 W/ (m*K))
  • Permanent insulation (1000V DC, withstand voltage 3000V DC)
  • Wide weather resistance (negative 180 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius, up to 240 degrees Celsius, maintaining stable physical and chemical properties)
  • Light weight (8.5KG/cubic or 150g/square meter)
  • Eco-friendly (does not contain any halogenated hydrocarbons, flame retardants and/or toxic heavy metals; does not produce toxic and harmful gases when burning in flames) Environmental stability (acid resistance, alkali resistance, antibacterial, mildew resistance) Excellent sound absorption performance (0.95NRC)
  • Hydrophobicity (water absorption is 1% of its own weight, and easy to dry)
  • Secondary processing formability (easy to cut, can be back glued or laminated, etc.)

SINOYQX provides regular thickness sheets of hydrophobic melamine foam and 1.6m wide rolls of Transulate. the secondary processing such as adhesive lamination is available upon requests; for more information or free samples, quotation, please call us at, 028-8411-1861 or write to us at [email protected].
