SINOYQX offers a complete noise-reduction and thermal-insulation solution for tires of all sizes and vehicle types—passenger cars, SUVs, EVs, and commercial fleets.
By bonding a ring of ultra-light 4–6 kg/m³ melamine foam to the inner wall of the tire, this technology dramatically suppresses tire cavity resonance and lowers overall road noise, while providing an extra thermal barrier for improved driving comfort.

Installation & Adhesion

  1. Surface Preparation – Clean and degrease the inner cavity with alcohol-based or OEM-approved cleaners.
  2. Dual-Bonding Method
    • High-temperature acrylic pressure-sensitive tape (≥120 °C): e.g. 3M™ 9080HL, tesa® 51970.
    • Spot hot-melt adhesive (softening point 120–140 °C): provides extra security under high-speed operation.
  3. End Gap – Leave a 15–25 mm gap to accommodate thermal expansion and maintain wheel balance.
  4. Final Wheel Balancing – Perform a secondary balance check after installation to meet OEM NVH standards.
