- Product Overview
MEL-EPC™ is a structural composite developed by SINOYQX, composed of open-cell melamine foam as the core and impregnated epoxy resin. Once cured, the resin significantly enhances the material’s structural integrity while maintaining excellent insulation, flame retardancy, and dimensional stability. This makes it ideal for engineering scenarios requiring integrated strength, fire resistance, and thermal insulation.

🔧 Temperature Range & Epoxy System Note
The standard MEL-EPC™ product uses general-purpose epoxy systems, with a recommended operating range of:
−40°C to +160°C (continuous use)
This temperature range covers all five core application scenarios, including fire doors, industrial equipment, building panels, bridges, and municipal infrastructure.
For extreme temperature requirements (e.g., −180°C or +200°C), SINOYQX offers custom high-performance epoxy systems enabling:
